The hike was absolutely great and with a lot of stunning views from high up in the mountains. However, be prepared for a serious workout. There are some long uphill climbs and descents, but nothing too extreme or requiring crawling. Along the way, we came across a glacial lake that looked tempting for a swim, but we opted out due to its stagnant nature. One highlight was crossing into Montenegro, adding another country to our list of visited places. Overall, the hike was incredible, not overly challenging, and our guide Said was fantastic (we even bonded over our shared love of cars). Plus, if you're traveling solo, you're almost guaranteed a spot, which is a definite bonus.

From the seamless booking process facilitated by Kamer (the CEO) via WhatsApp, to the private pickup in a spacious jeep like vehicle, to the thrilling ride to the National Park, to the hike and lunch - everything was flawless. Kamer promptly responded to all our messages and organized the tour with ease. Our guide Jasmin picked us up punctually and provided an excellent ride to the start of the hike (the 18km/11 miles of rough unpaved road requires an expert driver like Jasmin). The hike itself is of medium difficulty, suitable for those in decent shape, with some steep uphill and downhill sections. The natural scenery is breathtaking, and unlike many European destinations, it's not crowded. You'll have the wilderness to yourself (thanks to Jasmin's expertise, we enjoyed wild raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries). It's a full day adventure, but you'll return feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and filled with life! Many thanks to Kamer and Jasmin for an unforgettable experience.

It was really interesting experience to cross into Montenegro to see Trnovačko Lake. My guides, Timur and Sara, were exceptional and passionate about sharing their knowledge throughout the hike and the drive to and from my hostel. I highly recommend this hike as a unique way to experience Bosnia and Herzegovina.
