We had an amazing time enjoying delicious paella at a real Spanish spot tucked away in the mountains near Valencia, surrounded by locals without a tourist in sight! We also took two quick hikes through beautiful forests, catching stunning views of rocky mountains and the coastal plain with Valencia and Sagunto in the distance. The trails were easy enough for our 5 and 7-year-old kiddos. The drive out of Valencia along scenic mountain roads was breathtaking. Kevin, our driver and guide, was super fun, knew his stuff, and spoke Spanish like a pro, making the whole experience even better. I'd definitely recommend it and do it again myself!

My partner and I have visited Valencia numerous times and always enjoyed it, but we had never ventured beyond the city or the beach. So when we randomly met someone who recommended this trip, I jumped at the chance to surprise my partner with a booked tour. It turned out to be an incredible experience. The highlight was discovering just how beautiful the area around Valencia truly is. The entire day felt like a series of highlights. Our tour guide, Kevin, was English and has been living in Valencia for years. He seems to have uncovered some hidden gems in the region. He was extremely friendly and accommodating, tailoring the trip to our pace

The drive up the mountain was really enjoyable, and the views overlooking the sea and seeing Valencia in the distance were absolutely breathtaking. And to top it off, having paella for lunch at a mountain restaurant was a highlight, the best paella we've had in Spain yet. Huge thanks to Kevin for making the whole experience so much fun, you're a star!

The horchata in Alboraya was delicious, and the views from the mountains were incredible. The paella lunch was the highlight—totally worth the trip outside the city to enjoy authentic Valencian food.

This tour offered a great mix of nature and culture. The walk through the forest was peaceful, and the paella was so much better than anything you'd get in the city.

I loved the drive through the farming region, learning about the irrigation system. The panoramic views from the mountains were breathtaking, and the paella was simply amazing. Definitely a must-do.
