Marti proved to be an excellent guide, chef, host, and teacher! Our walk through the Central Market was enlightening as we learned about various Hungarian food traditions. Upon reaching Marti's place, we prepared Chicken Paprikash and mini dumplings under her expert guidance. As we cooked, she served us palinka along with a plate of Hungarian cured meats and pickled vegetables, including baby watermelons. We enjoyed the experience so much that we cooked the dish at home again with great success!

Our experience with Marta was definitely one of the highlights of our Budapest trip! From cooking Sour Cherry Soup (so delicious!) to Chicken Paprikas and Gundel Pancakes, we learned so much and had a great time.
