Cooking classes start at 09:00 with an appointment at Cuisine Centr'Halles located inside Les Halles d'Avignon market. We start with a tour of the Market to talk about local products, taste and most importantly create our menu together. We will choose our ingredients and develop our menu, then return to the kitchen for our class and prepare our lunch. Lunch is included and consists of the menu we have prepared, water, wine and coffee. The entire event ends at 13:30.

Cooking demonstrations are a fun and lighthearted alternative to cooking classes. They start at 10:00am with a meeting inside the market at Cuisine Centr'Halles. We start with a market tour and tastings at some of my favorite vendors. We then head back to the kitchen to prepare my tapenade recipes and a few other daily preparations.
