Trebević is one of the favorite mountains of Sarajevans. It is so close to the city that you can get there in 20 minutes, and yet far enough to enjoy the peaceful nature, great cycling and hiking trails, as well as awesome views. Join us on this trip and explore one of the 1984 Winter Olympic venues, the bobsled track, and enjoy the drive to to the top of the mountain to enjoy one of the best views of Sarajevo and surrounding mountains.

TRIP HIGHLIGHTS AND DESCRIPTION

Olympic bobsled track Best views of Sarajevo

This trip starts in the downtown and we start climbing the Trebević mountain right away. After 30 minutes of driving on an asphalt road we will enter the gravel road that will take us to the top of the mountain. Road is mostly in a shade and surrounded with pine trees which makes this experience pleasant even in hot summer days.

Once we reach the top we'll get our reward – a stunning view of Sarajevo and its surroundings. Apart from the city itself you will be able to see the whole Sarajevo area including the remaining 3 Olympic mountains.

We’ll have a lunch on the top in order to enjoy the view as long a possible. After that we will head back down to see the 1984. Olympic bobsled track and take some cool photos there. After the bob track, we will go down back to Sarajevo.
